Return & Exchange Policy

Coverage

This policy applies to all customers in the United States. Shipping costs and delivery options are calculated based on standard rates at checkout.

Returns and Refunds

We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of delivery for products that are new and unused. Returns are available for both defective and non-defective items. All returns are handled by mail, and we provide a free downloadable/printable return label. There are no restocking fees, and refunds are processed within 10 days after we receive and inspect the item. Exchanges are also accepted. How to Start a Return or Exchange

Starting your return or exchange is easy:

  3. Download and print your prepaid return shipping label
  4. Pack your item securely in its original packaging
  5. Attach the return label and drop off at any authorized shipping location
  6. Track your return and await confirmation
