Orders placed with Casae Furniture are processed based on a daily order cut-off time of 12:00 AM Eastern Standard Time. This means any order submitted before midnight is included in that day's handling schedule. Our team prepares all orders within a handling time of 3 business days, Monday through Friday, ensuring that your items are ready for shipment promptly. By setting a clear daily cut-off, we can maintain consistency and provide accurate delivery estimates for every customer.

Some furniture items are shipped in multiple packages to ensure safe transport. These packages may arrive on different days. If only one box arrives at first, please allow a few additional days for the remaining packages to be delivered.

Once shipped, most orders arrive within 5 to 8 business days. Delivery times may vary slightly depending on location and carrier conditions, but we always aim to get your furniture to you as efficiently as possible. And total delivery time based on customer locations considering all destinations:8-11 business days. Transit is time is counted from Monday through Friday

Orders under $399 are subject to a flat $50 shipping fee. Orders that meet or exceed $399 qualify for free shipping, ensuring a seamless and transparent checkout experience.
